However, they continue to sacrifice more on the right to privacy. This newsprint discuses the issue of privacy verses individual safety. The patriotic act is an act that is supposed to protect innocent American citizens from terrorist attacks. It gives the law enforcement agencies all the power necessary to use any means and tools at their disposal to investigate drug trafficking, terrorism, and organized crime. This act gives the law the right to use surveillance in their investigation against terrorism This act also give different politics agencies to share among themselves pertinent and relevant information (Bennett, 2007). Under this act, and the bank secrecy act, the FBI and special agents from IRS are allowed to admission charge information from the records of financial institutions to investigate and monitor any activities that seem suspicious without alerting the financial institution (David, 2009). Many argue that public surveillance second in the solving of crimes committed, and this they say is far much valuable than the intrusion by the government. Senior citizens tend to support the governments move in public surveillance (Locker, 2008). ... This surveillance does not take place in the open but takes place in private with no or little oversight by the courts by the public or the congress. Through this power, to collect massive details of private conversations and data, the government security agencies like the FBU and the NSA apply the use of computer programs to yield predictions and likes about the behavior of people (Lyon & Zureik, 2006). The government is able to compile dossiers about innocent citizens though the use of sensitive data. Database - Assignment ExampleThe second layer is diversely treated by database modeling languages. Nevertheless, there are common features, especially example constructors. A common approach in most models is the generic definition of operations according to the structure of the type. The inductive specification of structuring is based on base types and type constructors. A type constructor is a function from types to a new type. The constructor can be supplemented with a selector for recovery (like Select) with a retrieval expression and update functions (like Insert, Delete, and Update) for value mapping from the new type to the comp iodinnt types or to the new type, with correctness criteria and rules for validation, with default rules current date for data assignment, with one or several user re instaurations, and with a physical representation or properties of the physical representation. A base type is an algebraic structure B = (Dom(B) Op(B) Pred(B)) with a name, aSet of valu es in a domain, a set of operations and a set of predicates. A class BC on the base type is a collection of elements from Dom (B). Usually, BC is required to be a set (DIETRICH, 2011). It can be also a list (denoted by ) multi-set (.), tree etc. Classes may be changed by applying operations. Elements of a class may be classified by the predicates. The value set can be discrete or continuous, impermanent or infinite. We typically assume discrete value sets. Typical predicates are comparison predicates such(prenominal) as 6= ? =. Typical functions are arithmetic functions such as, - and x. The set of integers is given by the Integer Set. The base type is extended to a data type by explicit definition of properties of the under-lying value sets. precision and accuracy data can be precise to a certain extent. Precision is the degree of refinement in the calculations. Accuracy is a measure of how repeatable the assignment of values for properties is. Granularity Scales can be fine or coarse. The accuracy of data depends on the granularity of the domain which has been chosen for the representation of properties. order of magnitude The ordering of values of a given domain can be based on ordering schemes such as lexicographic, geographic or chronological ordering or on exact ordering such as orderings on natural numbers. The ordering can also be based on ontologies or categories. Scales have a range with lowest values and highest values. These values can be finite or infinite, if they are finite then floodlight or underflow errors might be the result of a computation. At the same time, producers, with assistant from OPEC and respective governments befool to keep high inventory levels to offset a period of zero production. Furthermore, the governments of various countries should consider allocating a heavier budget to oil exploration. Although the world is undergoing a severe recession, the prospects for recovery and growth are high, and consumers would be confident of a quick recovery. Furthermore, the proposed changes such as full capacity utilization would take time to accomplish. Also, the political tensions in the Middle-East look to intensify in the near future and that can disrupt supply. Even with the technology that is available, adapting to other forms of energy would be a difficult task for businesses and individuals alike. For instance, if CNG is used, it would take some time before the States and other countries have easy access to CNG, since investors wont take a risk of opening too many retail locations. All in all, I feel that the future can be bright and crude oil can be utilized to the fullest cheaply, but extra effort would have be exerted by governments to regulate the price of gasoline.

This situation puts a great burden on the employees because often by non receiving their checks on cadence they dont have enough money to put gas in the car to come to work and in their personal life they cant put forage and other items they need to survive due to the irresponsibility of the firm. These two problems have put a great burden on the relationship between the party and its employees. The company must have notice by now that the overall production at the firm has gone down as a consequence of the actions of the company. The company obviously cannot expect the workers to keep producing at a high level when all these problems are going on. I have pers onally talked to wads of employees who have told me that they are seriously considering quitting their job because they feel the company does not care about their well being. The motivation of the workers is extremely low as a consequence of the actions of the company. These problems must be attended immediately otherwise a lot of employees are going to leave the company. It is in the best interest of the company to attend these issues in order raise employee morale and motivation. To resolve the situation I have some recommendations for the managerial staff of the company. If I was the manager in charge of the company I would have done things a lot differently. Once I realized that bonuses could not be paid I would have communicated openly with the workers the root of the problem.
